Another great  playing and sounding Chambered-Reissue .  
In fact, just to make  sure the CR9s were still as good compared to the R9s  as I remembered them to be, 
I pulled out a solid-body  2006 R9 I recently acquired and played the two head to  head.  
The CR was still by far the superior guitar.   
Better sustain, better tone, deeper lows, more  powerful mids, and sweeter sounding highs.  
Plus  there's just that vibe in the CRs that you don't get  in the solid bodies!  
What a beautiful instrument!
